Not a whole lot to say again, just did the quick mile around the neighborhood. We're leaving for Cincy in the morning and I don't know when/if I'll get a run in, so just want to do something leisurely before the race.

Ran 1.02 in 9:24 (9:12/mile pace). A little slow tonight.
