Feeling guilty about doing nothing yesterday, thought I'd do two things today. Bill's gone so I got up and ran a mile around the neighborhood this morning. Ran 1.02 in 8:44 (8:32/mile pace).
Then did the 20/20/20 class at night. Did alot of work on the Bosue, so it was a good overall cardio and core workout with weights.
